Andy was very professional and very, very helpful in getting our deal done. Look no further for a truly highly respected sales person. Great on conversation and willingness to help us in anyway. We visited him on one of the coldest snowiest days of the year. Without hesitation he stepped up to the plate, cleared off our future vehicle that had heaps of snow on it. Thanks again Andy, and your GREAT Team!

I am writing this to warn other women to avoid Suburban

Reviewed by Haley Williams from Ann Arbor, MIJanuary 29, 2026

I am writing this to warn other women to avoid Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth, specifically Keith Long. My experience on January 27th, 2026, was the most unprofessional, condescending, and aggressive sales encounter I have ever had. I arrived for an appointment with Donna, who was busy and asked Keith to step in. From the first moment, Keith was combative. He approached my mother and me in the lobby without introducing himself, aggressively asking, “You want to look at the Black XT5?” before complaining that he only had 25 minutes before "locking up the cars." The behavior was so noticeably rude that even the receptionist had to intervene and ask him to introduce himself—to which he responded by snapping at her. The experience only worsened once we sat down to discuss numbers: • Dishonest Tactics: He used "fast-talk" sales pressure and claimed he could "get in trouble" for showing us a standard MSRP/Supplier discount breakdown. He even offered to call a "friend" for a discount code since I didn't have one—a classic red flag for non-transparent pricing. • Condescension & Sexism: When my mother questioned the "deal"—which wasn't a deal at all once taxes and fees were added—Keith became extremely aggressive. He looked at me and said, “You seem like an intelligent woman,” a blatant attempt to patronize me because my mother was asking difficult questions. It was clear he did not want to negotiate with women. • Aggressive Behavior: When he grew frustrated with our questions, he told us he had 5 minutes to get his car before the gate closed and put his coat on. When my mother reached for the quote paper he had printed, he ripped it out of her hand and tore it up in front of us while chuckling. Keith’s behavior is a relic of an old "boys' club" mentality that has no place in modern car buying. Had my father been present, I am certain we would have been treated with basic human decency. Because of Keith Long, Cadillac lost a sale. I have since taken my business to Genesis for a GV70. If you are a woman looking for a vehicle, do yourself a favor: skip this dealership and stay far away from Keith Long.
