I I bought a used Cadillac XT4 in February, The dealership texted me a service reminder with two different packages for services offered. I made an appt online and selected one of the service packages offered on their website. When I arrived at the dealership for the appt. Randy gave me a list of things that were needed according to the mileage on the car and it was over $800. I told him I was only interested in the package I selected on the website. he said he had never heard of that, so I showed him on my phone that you can log into the website and make an appointment online and select the package. He would not acknowledge what i showed him, they would not service my car for the package price online. I spoke to Jared the service manager and he said that pricing was “not reality”. I explained to him that it is on the friendly cadillac website. He would not honor the package price that’s listed online. I wasted my time making an appt and going there Terrible customer service. He told me general motors does these offers and doesn’t tell the dealership. Not sure why he would want to offer that information to customers as it sounds unprofessional. I’ve bought 5 cars over the years from this dealership. I will take my business to Serra from now on.
