I called to purchase a 2019 Cadillac XT5 advertised here on cars.com. I called and they said they would not honor the price advertised. False advertisers and wasted time.,

Looks like a great deal, doesn't it? Not so fast. I made an appointment to come in and see a vehicle on the phone with a manager on Monday. The appointment was set for this Saturday. On Tuesday (the day after my phone call) I received 2 emails from the dealership. One email was from the manager I spoke to, the other was from the sales person with whom I would be working when I came in to see the car. Both emails expressed that they were looking forward to meeting me on Saturday. Today (Wednesday), I called the dealership to talk to my sales person. My Saturday appointment was confirmed. But when I got home, there was a message on my answering machine. It seems that the car was sent to auction on the previous Monday. While I was on the phone with the manager? And the car was sold today. So why was my Saturday appointment also confirmed today for a car that was already sold? Very, Very Unhappy.

My experience buying my dream car was 5 stars because I had a gentleman named lovette giving me A+ service. He was patient and kind. I will request his service again when I am ready to come back in the future;)) I'm glad to be part of the Mercedes family;)) thank you...
