Horrible Dealership...do not use this dealer

Sigh, where do I begin. So I purchased my Cadillac XT 5 Premium Luxury model 4 months ago from the Frederick in Cadillac. The sales guy, Brian was attentive and helped me during the transaction, that took about 5 hours from start to finish. I understand that sometimes going to a dealer and buying a car can take several hours due to the financing options and signing of paper work. Well, after we purchased the car, Brian told us that our first oil change and check up with Cadillac was covered, he also gave us a card that stated this. Fast forward, 4 months, I call Fitzgerald to make an appointment with service to get my car checked and to do the oil change, and they mentioned yes bring it in. I get to the Service desk and it was almost like bait and switch, they stated no the oil change is expired, go and try to talk to sales to get them to cover it. We speak to the Sales Manager, Mario Myers, and he states that the oil change is not covered because the offer expired 4 days ago. We were told that first oil changed is included under service agreement. Well then my wife speaks with the manager and states that we just purchased the car 4 months ago for 60K and the manager, Mario Myers, proceeds to say "no these cars are 35k, that's what you paid"...and "no we will not cover the oil change." At this point, we are just appalled with the customer service, I go to the manager to look up how much we paid for the car because if you are telling me my car is worth 35K then we definitely over paid. He proceeds to look in the system and say yes you paid over 60K and "no we will not cover your oil change." I am not one to give negative reviews, however I would not recommend this dealership, as a matter of fact because of Mario's service, I have decided that I will not purchase Cadillac ever again.
