I had my Lyriq in for service at Jim Coleman Cadillac in Bethesda several weeks ago. At that time, they ordered a part. Told me it would be in latest Monday of last week and they’d contact me when it arrived. I’ve called several times - I get the runaround - transferred to parts and put on hold I definitely. I’ve left voicemails for service. No response. I’d expect better service from a Hyundai dealer. How can I get my Cadillac serviced if I can’t get anybody at a Cadillac dealer to be helpful?

I called to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in.
I called to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in. I spoke with the manager Will and specified I was coming in to view the vehicle. Will told me he would have a salesman call me or message me when the vehicle was ready.i never received either. After getting the kids together we made the trip to the dealership. When we arrived I was told the car sold 30 minutes prior. I thought this was very unprofessional of him. This was top tier xxxx poor customer service. I don’t recommend doing business with this dealership.
