Junk Radio from the start with no service

Radio was a piece of junk from day one. I have a chevy colorado and my brother has the canyon both radios are garbage. They refuse to look at it at all. Posting video all over facebook and other media. GM sucks ever since Mary Barra took control. I am 54 and my entire family have always purchased Gm. Not anymore. We will spread the word you can count on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Faulty multipoint inspection

I have experienced multiple bad experiences with this dealership. About a year ago they kept my key for my lock nuts and I ended up having to tow my vehicle for a flat tire on the highway to begin. They did the multipoint inspection another time and said everything was good including battery and my battery was dead when I woke up the next morning after not leaving anything on to drain battery. Most recently they took over 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation with “multipoint inspection” and suggested I change my windshield wiper blades that I just changed the week before, but didn’t tell me I needed new tires (safety hazard) and they kept one of my lug nuts on the passenger side.

Terrible Customer service

Will never buy another vehicle from here. Had 3 terrible experiences with the service department on three different occasions! Staff extremely rude, know nothing about customer service. On first visit tire was going low after just buying vehicle but would only leak air at high speeds. Brought it in to get fixed and they said nothing was wrong. Did some research and found that valve stem could be the problem, so bright it back in and had valve stem repaired and it fixed the problem but they still charged. On second visit was only couple hundred miles over for my last free oil change and instead of calmly explaining why I couldn’t get my last free oil change the lady immediately raised her voice and was very rude! The last experience was only an over the phone experience. Called service to check my vehicles warranty status cause my AC went down, which in this case all vehicles warranties were extended for this make and model cause they had so many issues. Instead of kindly explaining again they lady got an attitude right off the bat and said that my vehicle probably wasn’t under they warranty anymore because the last time I brought it in for service, was at 58k miles. And the warranty expired at 60k. Just terrible service all around. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
