Service
Very poor service department, I had an appointment for a recall. I made an appointment and when I got there the mechanic said I had to take my vechile to someone and get the pike cut off because they could not do it. I got the pike cut off and went back to the dealership and waited an hour and they came out and told me they didn't have the parts. I asked the service manager when they would have the parts in and he said they were on back order. So now I'm driving around in a car that sound awful and really loud, I will never buy or have a vechile serviced at this dealership. I also called GM headquarters and they were no help either.

My overall experience was awesome. I found a car online by using their easy to navigate website. I sent an email.and in less than 2 hours I received and email and that was after hours. I ended up not buying the car only because I decided to keep.mine a little longer. But when I do make the decision to buy definitely going to Walter's
