Kevin Brown at Courtesy Cadillac would rate >10 stars if they were available. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my SRX's mechanics. He kept me informed, when he could, since the dealership is VERY busy! At the end, Kevin made sure to provide me with everything I had asked for. I appreciate his kind words of advice on how to best maintain my 2015 SRX, which is in pristene condition, but I do need to drive it more;) Thank you Courtesy Cadillac for Kevin Brown, he is a treasure, like Matt Gardner in Sales.

The service department is horrible.
The service department is horrible. The team there treats every customer like they are an inconvenience. the service department is run down and dirty. the waiting area is horrible. the GM and the entire service team does not care about you the customer.

I’ve had my oil changed at courtesy Cadillac 2x and both
I’ve had my oil changed at courtesy Cadillac 2x and both experiences were subpar. The reps are inattentive and lack proper customer service expected at Cadillac. Simply acknowledge the customer and say you’ll assist in a moment is basic customer service. I’ve received better service at Honda. Their tire alignment recommendation felt like a scam— apparently every customer who arrived that day needed an alignment. I observed a rep tell another customer he also needed his tires aligned and the customer said he had it done last month and to check their records! Their lobby is filthy at 8:30am! I watched 2 customers dust crumbs and debris off chairs- not Cadillac standards. When I checked out and got in my car, I had a tag hanging on my mirror that said the car had been washed and vacuumed which it wasn’t. Overall experience is subpar and doesn’t meet Cadillac standards.

Catherine I am sorry to here of your bad experience. It seems like we did not give the experience we would expect to provide our customers. AS far as alignments go we check alignments in the lane for every customer. no all customer's need an alignment. As far as someone having an alignment done last month and it needing it again that is very possible as it just take one pothole and it can throw a vehicle out of alignment. If we did not clean your vehicle again we dropped the ball. My service manager will be reaching out to you personally.
