I?ve had my car there twice now and the problem continues. I can?t keep taking time away from work and being without a vehicle to have it tried to be fixed again

Outstanding Experience
We live in North Carolina and travelled 1200 miles to McGrath because they had a truck in inventory which was both exactly what we wanted and priced to sell. From the very beginning, our salesman Tyler Kious and the entire McGrath team made the process easy and painless. Upon taking delivery of our truck, we discovered that the Lane Departure Warning system was inoperative. The dealer offered to troubleshoot the problem on the spot, but due to family time constraints we had to start the long drive home before they could solve the problem. Even long-distance, the McGrath team went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed properly. We would happily travel 1200 miles to purchase another vehicle from McGrath.

Friendly and great salesman
Just purchased a used suburban. Would highly recommend Alex. He was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable . He assisted us test driving several vehicles before we made a decision on our great used vehicle.
