Worst First Car buying Experience Ever

This was my first time car buying experience and it was the worst experience ever. I am not impressed with Willis Automotive or the service provided. My car has been in your lot longer than it has been in my garage. Tuesday the 28th I called to ask for an update on my car because no one called me. The servicers in the mini dept said it was done. I went to pick it up after work and they did not read the paper to me about the issues. I had to ask. I shouldn’t have to ask it should have been explained to me. I asked about the screen and they looked at me confused; they didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked them to check again. Then they found it was on the request. I called twice last week inquiring about my car. I was told Jeremiah my servicer was busy and would call back. I did not receive any calls last week, Monday(10/11) or today. I am stressed. Irritated. Unimpressed. I’ve had plenty of car problems in the past to understand the process. Every time I’ve ever had my cars in the shop, they call ME. I shouldn’t have to call Willis every week asking for an update. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Don’t ever do service with Willis. Especially Jeremiah Snyder.
