Our experience is from a number of years ago, so perhaps not relevant. However, looking for another Caddy and the dealership popped up. We had a used 2011 DTS, and there were a number of red flags, but we needed a car and they had what we wanted. We couldn't get the Carfax and when we traded that car in the next dealer said, "well, you know it was in several accidents." Not what we were told. When we test drove it, my wife kept smelling gas fumes. Sales rep dismissed it and said car was inspected and 100%. So, the gas smell not only was present, it got worse. To their crrdit, they tried to fix it. Couldn't. We were stuck with a car that made us sick, literally, to drive. So, 3 stars being generous, but we're never returning.

I found Patrick Cadillac to be a relatively pleasant car buying experience. I bought a used Ram, they came down a little on the online price and up a little on the trade in. My salesmen Tom M. was friendly, laidback, and very helpful. By today's norm I was in and out of the dealership pretty quickly. The truck was cleaned up and to my surprise was full of fuel which should be a standard but isn't anymore. The facility is very nice and inviting, everyone was friendly.

I brought my 2024 Escalade ESV Platinum sports (20K
I brought my 2024 Escalade ESV Platinum sports (20K miles) to Patrick Cadillac after an engine failure. They told me the vehicle would be there for two weeks and refused to provide a courtesy/loaner vehicle. I was left without transportation while still making huge payments on a $130K truck I couldn’t drive. After I posted a review, they replied with the usual: “Please call us so we can make this right.” I called. I followed up. Nothing changed. No loaner, no help, no urgency. I ended up paying out of pocket to have my Escalade towed to another Cadillac. They checked it in within 2 days, treated me with respect, and gave me a loaner immediately. That’s what real customer service looks like. If you’re thinking about bringing your Cadillac here, get everything in writing and don’t rely on the copy/paste customer service replies you see online. My experience: all talk online, no support in real life.
