This was the worst dealership experience.
This was the worst dealership experience. Long story short 3 months after buying a 2022 Chevy Suburban from Steve Foley/Napelton Cadillac we have to put a new engine in it. We bought our 2022 Chevy Suburban from Steve Foley/Napelton Cadillac at the end of April. After we brought it home my husband had concerns that the engine was not right. There was a sound he didn’t think was right and when he was changing the oil he found extra oil all on the under side of the car. He brought it back during the warranty period to get it checked out. The service manager was extremely rude and disrespectful when my husband voiced his concerns about the engine. They looked at it briefly and said everything was “fine”. That the amount of oil was normal. A month later, after we were out of warranty, the sound got worse and we took it to a nearby Chevy/Cadillac dealer. They tried to fix it but said that the work done previously on the engine was done wrong and it couldn’t be repaired, so we needed a brand new engine. Yet Steve Foley/ Napelton Cadillac said that the engine was “fine”. We do not recommend this dealer at all. We feel they did not take our concerns seriously and in the end our concerns were completely valid. They didn’t take us seriously and that has cost us an enormous about of money.
