I traded in my 2011 Escalade premium edition for a 2021
I traded in my 2011 Escalade premium edition for a 2021 RAM 1500. My Escalade had a error message for the suspension which I fully disclosed to the salesman. They used that against me to offer me a low ball price on my trade-in. I had to work the salesman repeatedly to get a fair price with no avail. I paid the sticker price for the 2021 RAM. I specifically asked the salesman about the 136 pt. inspection that was done on the truck and he assured me that everything was fine and in working order. After signing all the paperwork and taking delivery of the vehicle I was handed a single key. He said that's the only key they had. The next morning I went to get in my truck only to fine the passive entry was not working on the drivers side. That was never disclosed to me! This dealership operates as ALL car companies operate, their only objective is to make as much money as possible from every customer. I guess honesty and integrity don't matter to them. Needless to say, I will never visit that dealership again and intend to share my negative experience all over social media.

Dear Paul, One must wonder, after such a devastating review of the sales process concerning your vehicle transaction, why would you ever have proceeded with the deal? I mean you could have walked away and went in another direction entirely, but you did not and that tells me your sales experience was not entirely as you described. Although I am sorry to read about your experience, I cannot but feel compelled to shed some light on your trade that you feel was undervalued. Let’s change the narrative for complete transparency. You traded a 2011 Escalade that had 120752 miles. Yes, you were a gentleman by telling us about your error message concerning your suspension, but that wasn’t information we were not privy too, since your service suspension was displayed on your dash, hardly a full disclosure to be completely honest. In addition, you fail to mention that your rear airbags were not functioning. Given the year, miles and several mechanical safety issues that made keeping your trade for retail sale completely impossible (there’s no negotiating a customer’s safety) Unfortunately, we had no option but to appraise your trade for sale at the auction (wholesale). Also, we should mention you purchased a well-appointed Ram. The truck stood tall and was priced under market that is why you paid our internet retail asking price, the truck simply deserved it. And most important, unlike many of our competitors, we do NOT add or force any add-on fees, products or services to your purchase. Our advertised price is your selling price, no games but full transparency and honesty. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact me, I’m always available for you. Came to this dealership with our XT4, for various service
Came to this dealership with our XT4, for various service needs, the past four years, after disappointing episodes at our local Cadillac dealership. We found this place to be far better, than other dealers. Yesterday, we traded in our XT4, for a new XT5. Bennett and Brad Tustin, along with other staff, worked the deal to our satisfaction. Everyone that we have dealt with, from service writers, sales and closing staff, are professional, and pleasant. The facilities are well laid out, clean, well organized, and appealing. A truly TOP NOTCH organization. It is refreshing to do business with a company who employ people that go above and beyond to take good care of their customers. WELL DONE to all the individuals who assisted in the yesterday's sales and delivery!
