My contact with the dealer began with an e-mail asking for information about one of their cars. Within minutes I received an e-mail and it was followed up by a phone call from Ray Gandurski. That phone call was had in the late afternoon on Monday December 30th. Due to the New Years holiday I could not get the dealer until Friday January 2d to inspect the car. Ray graciously advised that he would hold the car for me. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Ray. He had the car washed and ready for inspection. He answered all of my questions about the car and his estimate for the purchase was spot-on. We struck a deal within 30 minutes. Ray then followed me to the local Enterprise office where I dropped off my rental vehicle. For the first time in my life buying a car was not an adversarial tug-of-war. Ray's good humor and professionalism were both refreshing and appreciated. I take pleasure in highly recommending Cadillac of Naperville and, especially, Ray Gandurski.
