He facilitated a test drive, and I returned with a significantly enhanced understanding of Cadillac, having gained substantial knowledge that day. Although I did not make a purchase at that time, Tom remained pleasant and composed, showcasing impressive sales acumen. Consequently, I returned three months later and purchased an XT4.
