Can't say enough about our fantastic experience at Ettleson Cadillac in leasing our vehicle. Rick W. is an outstanding, professional and experienced sales consultant who went the extra mile to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. He quickly followed-up on questions and was very responsive overall, including explaining everything in an easy-to-understand manner with full transparency as to various options that were available, and the pros and cons of each. It was so very refreshing and a pleasure to deal with him, as he made an often-stressful process enjoyable. Kudos, as well, to Brian K, the sales manager, who was easy to work with and did a great job for us. The same can be said for the finance department - an excellent experience! Finally, we are very pleased with the service department, especially Kevin. Just like his colleagues, he is very responsive, and does what he can to get any difficulty addressed in a timely and more than satisfactory manner.
