Purchased A VERY EXPENSIVE lemon here. Has been in shop 3 times within months. Shop is rude and gives you total run around. Ignores customers who need service and talk you into getting a warrenty but then say warranty doesnt cover everything after you need to make appoinment for fixing an already EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE vehicle. They will sell you A LEMON at outrageous price. When a check engine light comes on they make you wait 5 days before they will help you. Totally wasted a day going in to shop for 3 hours basically for nothing because service manager told me to bring it in but after waiting 3 hours told me cant help me so i drove off with my engine light still on after waiting 3 hours for nothing. Everytime I bring in the lemon they are rude and ignore us. Let alone your still paying for a warrenty for basically nothing cuz it dont cover xxxx yet they talk you into getting it. Totally ripped off by them. I have a car problem they cant seem to fix or figure out how to fix and then try to give attitude to you for having to bring it in. Lady at sevice is rude with no empathy and shop cant fix cars if they did fix it accurately it wouldnt keep braking... Such a total nightmare experience constant inconvience to have to take a vehicle to the shop for repairs. I have owned many vehicles and not one has ever had these problems ever. Spending a lot to fix a car that shouldnt be braking.
