Alex Thomas was very helpful. He communicated with me, texted me extra pics of the truck, was up front about things wrong. I was able to purchase the used truck I'd been looking for. I believe I got a decent deal. Vehicle was very clean. I love it! They made cosmetic repairs. It was worth the hour and 10 minute drive to this dealership to get vehicle I'd been looking for. Thanks guys.

I bought a used Cadillac CTS with a Certified Warranty. The car was under a recall and they were by law not allowed to sell that car but did. The salesman lied to me said the car was not under a recall and the tires were new, they were the original tires with 34,000 miles on them. One tire will not hold air... The manager was a jerk to me and the salesman told me he was quitting because he couldn't stand telling people things that were not true and getting the flack for it. Stay away from that dealership bad news. They will be hearing from my attorney!!!

I was hoping to purchase in the next few days, however I decided based upon the numbers to go ahead to purchase that night. The vehicle I wanted was on the lot. The facility was very clean and everyone friendly. It was not a high pressure environment like many dealerships can be. It was our third purchase from a Riverside dealership.
