Seamless Experience
I use to compare a car purchase to a trip to the dentist for a Root Canal. That all changed on May 23, 2021 when I bought a used 2017 Cadillac CT6 from the Johnson Motor Company. Because I live 400 miles away from the dealership, the initial transaction commenced from my home in New Bern, NC. Thanks to the professionalism and competence of Larry Wilson, the entire process was effortless. From the time he met my wife and I at the Augusta Regional Airport until we drove the car from their dealership, every step in the purchasing process was seamless. After the paperwork was completed, Larry patiently took us thru the mechanical and electrical nuances of the CT6: Including trying to program my antiquated mobile "flip-phone" into the Bluetooth system. Kudos to Larry. He is the consummate professional. No pressure. No intimidation. Just a very pleasant buying experience.
