Notably, only one staff member was available on a Saturday. Our vehicle was in their possession for nearly two weeks. Furthermore, callbacks, as promised, were unattainable, and attempts to contact the general manger service personnel were unsuccessful. The service provided was subpar; it is advisable to seek alternative. Shame on you Jim Ellis!
