Wish I could give a ZERO rating. Horrible Horrible Horrible All the way around from sales to service. Stay Away - Stay Away. Nothing but liars and thieves. That salesman Harrison and the manager Justin are bold face Liars, They promise but do not deliver. Still waiting on return calls that will never be received. I guess none of the Ownership or upper management read these reviews, cause no one replies or contacts us. Bought a new cadillac and still waiting for response to my spare key, was promised someone would come program it for me, yes you guessed it as soon as deal was done they ghosted us. I can go on for pages of the let downs we have received form this dealership. The best part is I was seriously looking at a Blackwing from this dealer, but after this Fiasco I will be buying somewhere else. This DEALER SUCKS in every aspect. lots of promises but no follow through. Onto contacting Cadillac and GM for further help in this matter . I always thought Higher of JIM ELLIS but I was wrong and by there reviews many other people were mislead as well.

Things could've been a lil more efficient but we got it done. Ultimately I accomplished the intended purpose.

I placed my order for a super rare CT5 v blackwing in 2022… Im very excited that we will soon be able to actually have the dreamcar in our garage.
