My experience was ver good. Ivan was very well mannered and assured everything went smoothly.

Well, our experience was disappointing, Mr.
Well, our experience was disappointing, Mr. Z was rude and disrespectful. We came here to buy a Cadillac XT5 or XT4, the front desk called Mr. Z and he seemed to be nice, however while we were testing the car he would make inappropriate jokes to my wife and I. Jokes were not even funny. We saw 2 cars and were interested in one of them, when we ask for a better price he started being rude and just because I asked for a discount he then told us in a sarcastic and disrespectful way to leave and that we were done. We left the store extremely disappointed and I will never buy a car from this dealership.
