On a recent trip from Columbus MS to Fort Walton beach, the alarm on my 2016 Cadillac sounded two times for no apparent reason. As your dealership was the nearest, we stopped in. Your service rep, Jonathan, met us at the door, promptly ran a diagnostic test which was clear and told us what to do if it happened again. We were on the road in 30 minutes, most impressed with your service department
