I was searching for a special car for my wife that has been transporting our 4 wonderful but demanding children around in the same car for 10 years without ever mentioning it was time for another. We are from Biloxi and visited 5 other dealerships that had a Cadillac SRX in their inventory. We made the trip to Pensacola hopeful but unsure what we would find. I first met Michael who is also a disabled veteran and he told me he would help us in anyway he could. We were seated in his office and ask could he get us anything to drink or even a snack. When he returned he let me know that the price would be less and introduced us to Jeremy Bradford who said he would be right with us. He was working with another customer and ask Michael to go with us on the test drive of a beautiful 2016 Cadillac SRX. It was truly the nicest used car I have ever been in. Everything about it looked brand new. It even handle as if it just came off the show room even though it had 50,000 miles on it. Michael and I shared that we both carried injuries from serving our country. It means a lot to me to see any company hiring hard working veterans, especially one with two Purple Heart. The professionalism that Jeremy showed us was second to none. Nick and Jimmy were also extremely helpful and kind. The bottom line I guess I’m trying to get at is there are still good honest caring people that truly care about taking care of their customers. As far as the owner of the dealership goes I didn’t meet him but I can tell you that he has hired top notch people. I hope he is paying them well because they are the best.

I had the best experience ever buying a new car from Willy. She went over all of the details on my car and preset everything for me like my old car was. Plus the manager was able to keep my payment the same on a BRAND NEW CADILLAC! This will be my first of many vehicles from them. They listened to me and earned my business for life from sales and service.
