I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I scheduled a visit with a salesperson, confirmed the time I would arrive, but when I got there, he didn’t assist me because he was helping another client and passed me on to an internet sales representative instead. The person who helped me was polite and willing, but clearly inexperienced. Later that same day, I sent an email asking about a specific car they had in stock and never received any reply. In the end, I bought my car from another dealership an hour and a half away — they treated me incredibly well and even delivered the car to my home. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Massey Cadillac. I live in Georgia, but made the trip to Orlando Florida as I saw a vehicle I was very interested in purchasing. My salesperson Ricky (Manager), & Jacob made the process very easy and handled the process fast and without a glitch. He was very informative about the vehicle and answered all my questions. The negations of the purchase price also went unexpectedly smooth. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Massey Cadillac in Orlando Florida and ask for Rickey. He will get you in your selected vehicle without any hassle.
