The worst experience I have ever had dealing with Massey.

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with Massey...salesman was Garrett, he was kid and in my opinion, unprofessional. typical used car salesman who cares only about his next sell, yuck! We had spoken for a few days regarding a specific used car on the lot. He knew we lived 3 1/2 hrs away and had to transfer funds for a cash deal...we went thru lots of effort to get the funds for the next day We asked if we could leave a deposit so we don't drive up for nothing and the car be sold, he said no deposit policy. We'll we told him we were coming up and talked to him on the phone when we were 3 hrs into our drive, said we will be there shortly...20 minutes later, he texted me that the car was sold! WHAT!! How wrong on so many levels! I called and spoke to his manager, Jose, and that guy could have given 2 hoots, very unsympathetic and cold...no apology even...I would NEVER deal with this dealership...buyer beware I have to amend this review to date, I have been contacted by Jay, the General Manager at Massey and he is making this wrong, right! He has offered to have the car I chose shipped free of charge and is willing to work with me on every level one on one...He couldn't be kinder or more professional....I give him 10 stars

Drove over 2 hours ready to make a deal. When I get here I’m told there is a $30k “market adjustment”. Nowhere is this mentioned online. Stay away from this completely useless dealership. Shame on them for trying to use the old bait and switch.

Additionally, as noted on our website, pricing for Escalade V models indicates “please call dealer for pricing.” You mentioned that you prefer not to speak on the phone; however, when you inquired online, our third-party AI system responded that the vehicle was available. You also shared that dealerships in your area have market adjustments. We sincerely apologize for the two-hour drive. As discussed, we did offer to fill your gas tank, as there was no prior call to speak with a live representative to confirm the vehicle was ready and available upon arrival. We strive to operate with the highest level of integrity and transparency. There are no market adjustments on our vehicles except for the V models, which is clearly stated on our website and which you confirmed you had seen online. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I scheduled a visit with a salesperson, confirmed the time I would arrive, but when I got there, he didn’t assist me because he was helping another client and passed me on to an internet sales representative instead. The person who helped me was polite and willing, but clearly inexperienced. Later that same day, I sent an email asking about a specific car they had in stock and never received any reply. In the end, I bought my car from another dealership an hour and a half away — they treated me incredibly well and even delivered the car to my home. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.
