I didn't want to take the survey to give u guys the benefit of the doubt. But u insist so I'm going to be honest. I initially reached out to the dealer shortly before thanksgiving as I received a recall letter from cadillac. I spoke to a girl there, maybe Stephanie who said she was going to order the part needed based on the recall. I called back 2 weeks later to follow up and found out nothing was ordered. At that time they told me it was going to be ordered. After a week of not hearing from y'all I called this past Friday. Spoke to some guy named Robert who seemed to be more concerned about the conversation he wqs having with a coworker rather than what I was calling about. After a 19 min hold he came back to tell me the part was still in north carolina and he didn't know when it would arrive. I tell u my honest opinion is if you're going to ask customer's to take a survey then u really need to provide better customer service training. Idk why the part I need wasn't ordered from the first time I called but based on how many times I was transferred from one person to another I kinda figured the part wasn't ordered and no-one really cared although it was a recall. I would really appreciate if u guys can get the part I need in soon so I can get my car fixed as Cadillac is requesting.

Excelente Service excellent. Everyone very helpful. Attentive to the customer needs. Stephanie like always excellent.
