Real customer - I bought a used car

I bought a used 2017 Audi A4 20T and the car is perfect but just try to cancel an additional service. They added to the contract maintenance for $800, we realize that we didn't need the service and we try to cancel it. We call and email several times to the dealership for three months, then we decide to visit them and try to fix the issue in person, of course, they couldn't cancel the service, the solution for them was to go to a professional website to cancel the service, you need to notarize the odometer (Great idea right) so, I went to ups and pay $10, on top of that, if you need your money quickly, well, you need to pay $75, if not, you need to wait 30 to 60 days, in the meantime, we are paying interest in $800 service we didn't need. Please save a big headache and go to another dealer. This company Ocean Cadillac does not care about you and your business.

mi hijo se antojo de un Cadillac y busque en Internet y lo lleve a este ,de entrada tuvimos problemas con el vendedor despues cambiamos de vendedor y finalmente hicimos la compra , todas las personas eran Bilingues ,excepto el manager . lamentablemente el carro sufrio una perdida total por inexperiencia de manejo de mi hijo , han pasado seis meses desde eso y todavia estamos esperando resolver el pago del vehiculo y el dealer no colaboro en la tramitologia en absoluto , nadie respondio el telefono y nunca respondio un mensaje ni el manager ni el financista , asi que un completo error pues cuando mas necesitamos de su colaboracion no la negaron pero cuando recibieron el cash hay si hablaban todos los idiomas , no lo recomiendo para nadie.fue una pesima decision.

Stay from this dealership, they are a liar and dishonest. I’m currently a lessee of Cadillac SRX and my lease is coming up soon, Ocean Cadillac kept calling me everyday asking if I want to pull ahead and get the new xt5. I saw the promotion online for the CTA vehicle and I think it’s a good deal so when they called me again I told them specifically that I want that promotion online and if it is still available, after consulting their manager ( carols Romero) they told me that the promotion is still available and make the appointment the next with the manager. It takes me hour and half to get dealership and disaster start right after I got to the dealership, everything they had promised on the phone falls apart. I spoke to one of the sales rep and told him about the appointment and show him the promotion on the phone and stated that’s what I’m coming for, after test drive the new xt5 and waited another hour and half the sales rep showed me price list that’s totally different. The manger(Carlos Romero)came out and told me that the vehicle for that promotion is not available, and stating that I’m not qualified for the promotion as it is on the fine print. But after we reviewed the fine print together he is wrong. But even though I’m qualified but they don’t have the xt5 available and blame the person who make the appointment, but the appointment was confirmed by the manger. What a liar and BS. Very disgusting service
