From being introduced to the sales manager Max and finally to my salesman, Chad they both were extremely helpful and provided an overall excellent experience. Chad listened to my needs and also was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very personable and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. There was a small snafu with the payment schedule but the management team quickly got us back on track and satisfied the issue. This was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. This is my go to Cadillac dealer in the future!
