Me and my spouse worked with Melvin Smith to purchase our new XT6. He is very professional and technically knowledgeable about all the vehicles his company sales which is very helpful when purchasing a new vehicle. This was the second time working with Melvin to purchase a vehicle. He makes you feel like one of his family members which is very refreshing, and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this car dealership again. On the financial side of this transaction was handled by Ashante Gibson. She was very courteous and very knowledgeable on all paperwork that was required for the financing of the vehicle and was very helpful on the additional options available for the vehicle. It was a very enjoyable experience thru the whole process of purchasing a vehicle.

FYI to anyone taking their car to Field’s Cadillac for
FYI to anyone taking their car to Field’s Cadillac for service. The appt was for 9:30am on a Friday. The entire day came and went with no response as to what’s going on with the car. The service tech’s name is JR. I texted JR the next day to inquire with no response until just before close of business which turned into phone tag with no information on what to expect. My wife and I escalated to JR’s manager whose name is Jared. Jared offered no explanation other than our car wasn’t dropped off until 11:30am on that Friday. This was an unfounded easily verifiable fabrication that JR told his boss Jared. Suffice it to say Field’s Cadillac had our car only days away from one month, collected approximately $4k in repairs (when the initial concern was only brakes) and we had to initiate ALL contact during the repair process 🧐. It was after we escalated to the general manager of the dealership that Jared then initiated a contact and said our car was ready for pickup 🤨. Let me say the only saving grace in this matter was a wonderful lady by the name Mary. She was able to put my wife in a 2025 XT6. The concierge returned our car and picked up the loaner. I’m writing this review because approximately two weeks after the return of our car the brakes are squeaking when engaged. We noticed a slight squeak immediately but it is progressively getting worse. I reached out to Jared, the service manager, to correct the issue and have yet to hear back. Needless to say I am perturbed. The brakes are under warranty which could be why Field’s is in no hurry to contact me as our warranty repair will not yield Field’s as much revenue as a retail repair. Consumer beware!
