My experience with Alex H. from the service department was fantastic!! He helped me replace my windshield wiper quicker than the original estimate and did me the favor of checking out my tires and informing me that they weren’t safe to drive and that I need to get new tires right away! This was after I had driven in heavy rain and realized my tires drifted significantly! Even though I didn’t get my tires there, he was very accommodating in getting me a quick appointment to align my tires after I bought them and was always quick to respond to any question or concern. Due to this great experience, I know I will go back to Vera Cadillac for any service needs!
Don't deal with these Charlatans.

I was going to purchase a brand new 2020 Cadillac Escalade from Vera Motors, Stock #C186488. We negotiated a price that included around 7-8K in dealer incentives, and 9K from Cadillac. This was on 5/29/2020.
I was told much later in the deal that the dealership does not actually have the automobile -- get this -- they LOANED the brand new car out until Monday, 6/1, after the 9K deal from Cadillac expires.
It is my sincere belief that this dealership was trying to get out of withholding the 9K, as that discount is too deep and they want to wait. Even if I chose not to buy this car, which I wouldn't, they assume someone else would at a higher price.
It is 6/1 and the car is still not in. I plan to inform senior executives in GM about my buying process and why I have decided to switch to Mercedes-Benz.

Best dealer I have had despite having leased/owned many cars over the years. Great service and outstandingly attentive personnel who put their customers first.
