Disappointed I brought my car for service and my touchscreen was jumping around the service man told me they had to check with the factory to see if they were going to give me a discount and they would call me back Monday which didn't happen I called Monday for the maintenance supervisor,he finally called I told him I had extended warranty and gave him the information he say he called and they needed information he will get the ball rolling,then Micheal called me Friday 3;30 pm I would have to leave my car,now a hold week passed I called them and they had only one call on record and that was Friday at 3 pm, why lie that's why I am disappointed bad business

After driving 10 hours with a written proposal Vera was quick to change their numbers for my trade in and the overall deal by thousands of dollars. Lastly I was told I would be called the following business day after buying the vehicle with regards to missing parts that they promised me with the new vehicle, but I have yet to receive even a response after reaching out to them multiple times about the parts over the past 3 weeks.
