I dropped off my car on 12/10/2025 with 46,156 miles with
I dropped off my car on 12/10/2025 with 46,156 miles with almost full tank of gas at their service dept. I signed the invoice inside and paid them to release my car to me on 12/27/2025. They brought the car to me, I then notice my GPS had been disconnected, the gas gauge was on empty, and the car had more than 850 miles more than when I left it there. The GM and Service manager claim no one drove my car. They are either covering up for an employee, or do not know what is going on at the dealership. I showed them the date and time stamped photo of my odometer taken an hour after I picked up the car. They showed no interest.

⭐ 1 star – Extremely disappointing post-sale
⭐ 1 star – Extremely disappointing post-sale experience Purchased a brand-new 2025 GMC Yukon Denali on November 30, 2025. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing and concerning. At the time of delivery, the vehicle already had a functional defect: the power liftgate did not work properly from day one. I was told by the salesperson that it was likely a configuration issue with the key fob and that it could be adjusted through the vehicle’s screen. Based on that explanation, I proceeded with the purchase, trusting that a new vehicle would not have an actual mechanical or electrical defect. Only afterward did I learn that the vehicle would need to be taken to service, where I was informed that the diagnostic alone could take up to two days, not including repair time. This information was not disclosed during the sales process, and had it been clearly explained upfront, I would not have accepted delivery of a new vehicle in that condition. When I questioned how a new vehicle could be sold with a defect and without being properly checked, I was told that because the purchase occurred on a Sunday, the service department was closed and the vehicle could not be inspected. This was the first time this information was mentioned. Had I been informed that purchasing a vehicle on a Sunday meant it could not be fully reviewed or serviced, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. At a minimum, customers should be clearly advised that buying a vehicle under those conditions is at their own risk. What has been most disappointing is the lack of response and accountability afterward. I sent two formal emails requesting resolution, copied to both the Sales Manager and the General Manager, and received no response from management. As a customer, I expected transparency, professional follow-up, and support, especially for a vehicle in this price range. Instead, I was left feeling misled during the sales process and completely unsupported once the issue was identified. This review reflects my personal experience, documented communications, and the facts as they occurred. I hope future customers receive clearer disclosures and better post-sale support than I did.
