Deceptive advertising 101.

Deceptive advertising 101. List price online and sticker MSRP were the same. we agreed and were paying cash. Salesman came back with final number on paper which was SIX THOUSAND MORE than the MSRP! He began to explain that due to the high demand and shortage of vehicles , especially the RAV4 Prime that there is a premium vehicle fee. The best deal they offered was a $500.00 break if we financed with them. Needless to say we walked. I had heard bad things about this dealership having lived in the same town all my 62 years , now I got a first hand dose. Never again.

Down on luck they wont help go elsewhere

If I could give them no stars I would. I’m a single mom and a RN working on my credit went there with 1500 dollar deposit. Which they took before even speaking to a bank. David, Chris, and Frank all rude and did not want to help because my credit was bad and I didn’t have an additional 1000 dollars to put down. I work nights so I sleep during the day so I didn’t answer they called my fathers job and my work very unprofessional. They work on their timeline not the customers and got mad when I said something. Robert was nice but he had called out so I had no choice but to deal with the others. When I did get someone David said he would call back no calls. I gave them a chance to see if they can help me get anything but nothing was done. I called to ask for my refund David says we did that already which I still haven’t received. I asked why I wasn’t called about the progress his response “I didn’t need to call”. I asked what was the end result he was like “there was nothing we could do for you”. Not everyone has great credit and 1000s of dollars sitting in the bank. So if you really need help they are not it! Robert thank you! The rest of them need education on how to address people instead of making their customers feel like they beneath them because they’re struggling. Remember people who are so called beneath you might save your life one day. It’s called common courtesy.
