Tremonte Cadillac mechanic is horrible
I took my 2013 CTS Cadillac to this dealer to have my truck rewired, tires rotated and an oil change back in November 2020. I do not put many miles on my car because I am retired and I use my car for pleasure. Today I took my car in for an oil change and I was told that the oil filter was screwed on by this dealership, Tremonte Cadillac mechanic forced in on. My mechanic would not try and force it off because it could cause damage to my car.

Fast and Friendly
Fast and Friendly service !! We’ve been looking for a new Cadillac XT5 for a few months now and finally after visiting this dealership with my wife and our 2 young kids we were able to pin point our next vehicle thanks to your salesman Mr Arvy. He was very knowledgeable and helped us through the process.. I must say all the salesmen were very polite and made us feel at home.. We would highly recommend this dealership as well as your Salesmen Mr Arvy, and GM Thomas Backes . Thank you for the outstanding service ..

Phenomenal experience
Went here to buy a Cadillac cts yesterday, I've bought 2 Lincoln navigators and 2 Cadillac Escalade at other local dealerships, I have never been treated with more class and attentiveness than with this dealerships, from Arvy who was a extremely personable,knowledgable salesman, to the woman who handles registration and came in on her day off to accommodate us, and Tom in finance who made the whole deal come together and made it a absolute smooth pleasurable transaction, the entire dealership staff is A and there inventory is top notch, they have earned my business from now on, will be back in the coming months for my escalade.
