Outstanding Customer Service: I had the pleasure of working with Ameed Hussein, Service Advisor, and I cannot thank him enough for the support he gave me throughout my entire vehicle repair process. From start to finish, Ameed was incredibly communicative, patient, and thorough in explaining every step. Even though AAA caused the damage and made things difficult, Ameed went above and beyond to coordinate everything with my vehicle warranty so the repairs could be handled properly. What stood out the most was how much he took the time to educate me on the process, making sure I felt informed and reassured instead of overwhelmed. Inconvinient
Took my truck to get shocks fixed and they messed up my air conditioner with these heat waves at 100 degrees now I got no ac for the whole long weekend. So inconvenient now gotta go back and forth about this situation.

I need a lemon lawyer
I bought a used 2007 Yukon. I paid cash for it . They signed me up for there ind. Make that two different kinds of ins. Less then 600 miles later it starts having problems . I broke down 300 miles away from home. My first road trip in it. So they tell me to bring it in. I live 230 miles away and I'm not driving it because it's not safe. With the gears jerking all over the place. Do I had to have it towed there on my dime. $811 dollars later and two weeks without a car. They say it's gunna take another day or two they have to order a part. I go pick it up and and it's doing the same thing as it was when I had it brought in. I paid ,$13000 dollars out the door plus $811 and it still having the same problem. They told me when I bought the car that it was a good dependable car and I wouldn't have any problems with it for a long time. The reason he said that was he knew where the Yukon came from and serviced it and they weren't in the business in saleing used cars but because they know this one they did. Do I was like you guys took care of it and it's a reliable car. So I'm out all that money . Money that I got from an accident that totaled my last car and winded up with another car that's not worth the money I paid for it. They don't seem to care about any of the problems that I have endured because of this faulty and unsafe car. Not at all they just want me to give them more money .its like I just got robed. I don't know what to do but it's costing me money at my bank with overdrafts this month.becsuse I told them when I would be able to make my ins. Payments and he failed to do that I had to change that my today. I know when I get paid and I remember the conversation we had about it. I'm a single mother and grandmother with a disable grandchild and I bought this car so that we could yrans port my grandbaby to children's hospital 65 miles one way when ever it need be once or twice a month probly.im just furious and they havent acted like they have done any thing wrong.theybssid a car that old didn't have a warranty and it was over 40 days any ways it was 40 days I believe. Really shysty if you ask me. I don't recommend doing any kind of business with them they don't fix any problems that your car is actually having they just bill you. Around $123 dollars for the part they said and $604 dollars for the labor that took him about 15 minutes to put on and they did my brakes or something and there was nothing wrong with them that I could tell and there was no code for it either not on my check . True story

At the time of purchase, you signed the Buyers Guide acknowledging that the vehicle was being sold as-is as well as a used car inspection form which states they can have the vehicle inspected before purchasing. (Which you chose not to) As you drove off our lot in July of this year, there was nothing indicating that there was anything wrong with your car. There were no notification lights on your dash or noises coming from the vehicle. When you first started having issues with your car, months after purchase, and you called into the dealership, our advisor mentioned that any dealer can look at your vehicle. A dealer close by to you was an option. You chose to have it towed to us which incurred your tow charge. When we decide a car will be sold as-is, we take into consideration the age of a vehicle as well as the amount of miles on a vehicle. The reason we choose to carry these vehicles (As-Is vehicles) on our lot is to provide a variety of cars at a range of prices for our customers.
