Hi my name is Robert Cruz I bought a 2023 CT5 Blackwing Cadillac from Stevens Creek in Santa Clara in May 2023 .I had nothing but problems with it from taking it in after I first bought . The car had the engine changed it sat in the shop for a long time . After that it had a Cadillac Converter replaced the 2nd time. While it in shop in Stockton dogs jumped all over it so it had to have body repair we drove it back home and it stalled no power at all it had to go back to the shop towed on site. Im trying to do the lemon law on it and its been over 1 yr and a half ti 2yrs and im have problems getting that done GM isn't making it easy to having POA paperwork that's legit right now. This is a stressful and at difficult time of my life. My POA papers should be good for lemon lawn to finish the lemon law
