To the owners. Your dealership is 2 stars because your under achieving staff. Your sales manager needs to be replaced. This is the lowest rating Cadillac dealership in Northern California. Smh. They expect to give you less but want the most, in turn you loss business. Stay away from this dealership at all cost if you are smart. Top tier credit goes for a 37k car to get a deal sheet at 50k I don’t think so. Owners fire this manager and get your dealership back on track. Your Cadillac not fiat.

DISHONEST, SCAM, BAIT AND SWITCH... all of these apply to the used car/internet sales team at Fremont Cadillac, specifically Luis F. and Leonardo P.
In a nutshell, my wife had asked for and negotiated an OTD price for a used Hyundai Ioniq EV. The price was competitive and we were satisfied with the OTD price, and my wife and I were convinced to purchase the vehicle from them. Because of COVID-19 and the fact that we live 5 hours away, we decided that we did not want to go to the dealership in person to test drive. We had asked Luis on several occasions via email and phone calls to send us some walk-around videos of the exterior, interior, and start up of the car. We had to ask him several times because he kept delaying and would not send us any video of the car. Several days passed, but we were still in contact with Luis on almost a daily basis. We were still waiting for those videos, and once the videos checked out on our end, then we would proceed with filling out the contract paperwork to finalize the deal. Within the couple days that passed, we saw that they had raised the price on the used car by $1,000. Leonardo called my wife and gave her a livestream video call via Viber to show her the inside and outside of the car. My wife was happy and wanted to finalize the deal with the OTD price that Luis had given her, but then Leonardo (the "Internet Sales Manager") pulled a fast one and wanted to charge us $1,000 more because he said they had raised the price of the vehicle in the few days that had just passed. He would not honor the original, agreed upon, negotiated OTD price. My wife said "no thanks" and pulled out of the deal.
The way these guys conduct business is utterly pathetic. For anyone considering buying a used car from this dealership, RUN FAR AWAY from these guys and do not give your business to them. They do not deserve it.
Fremont Cadillac Internet Sales is ultimately a sad, deceptive, and embarrassing knock-off of a used car sales business. Luis and his boss Leonardo are the reason why used car salespeople have such a terrible reputation. The way they do business is unethical, immoral, dishonest, and basically a bait and switch in every sense. The completely lack any honor or integrity, and as long as they are in business, the negative connotation that used car salespeople have will live on.
Don't waste your time here. Give your business to deserving human beings that work hard for their money, are honest, trustworthy, reputable, upstanding members of society. Don't give your business to Fremont Cadillac Internet Sales.
