Buyer Beware!
A $5000.00 addendum cap charge was added to the selling price of the new Cadillac I purchased in Dec. 2021. I noticed this when the paperwork was mailed to me after a couple of weeks. I called and talked to the finance manager I made the deal with. He explained this was a charge all dealers are charging on new cars, because of the shortage of all new vehicles. This $5,000 extra charge was the same amount as sticker price, so we didn't get the $5000 off sticker price our salesman said we would. We talked to 3 different men when our deal was made. No one mentioned this charge to us. NO ONE! Manager said I could take my new car and sell it for more than we paid for it because of this shortage, and all dealerships are doing this with all new cars. He said there was nothing that could be done at this point, checks and paperwork had been finalized and I signed the paperwork already. I requested to see a copy of the paperwork I signed showing the extra $5000 charge and he said he didn't have access to it. He was sorry for the confusion but there was nothing that could be done. How many other people has this happened to? Yes we signed all the paperwork they shoved in front of us just a few minutes before closing. We did see the sticker price on the paperwork, but figured the $5000 difference was in the figures on down the page somewhere. But it wasn't. So I'm out $5000 ! Needless to say, I'm not happy with this outcome and had a very bad experience because of this added cap on the selling price. Also, they lost or pitched my window sticker. It would be nice to know exactly what features this Cadillac XT5 has on it. They are going to try to order another one for me. Probably will never see it.

A key could have made it a five star
January 15, My wife and I purchased a 2018 Sonata Limited with 10,000 miles from out of state. Tommy Byers, Salesperson, and Brandon Smith, General Manager were wonderful to work and everything went as planned. The delivery drivers were courteous. I signed the paperwork and then they handed me one key. I asked for the second key. I have never witnessed anyone move so fast while saying “God bless you and your family” over and over. My wife phoned Tommy and asked him for the key. He blamed his client who turned in the car. So, it is their fault? We inquired one more time and then again to Brandon. After 24 hours without a response, we posted this one-star rating. A key could have made it a five star. Disappointing…

The service department is great!! Treated with the upmost care and quality. The salesperson (Perry White) I bought my Cadillac Escalade from unfortunately does not work there and I did not get the same quality in sales when I went back to purchase my daughter a vehicle.
