This place sales it self as having superior customer service. Our car is always washed very poorly. My wife ask a salesman for toilet paper in the women's bathroom, he sarcastically replied "Do you really need it?". She was very embarrassed!

Great customer experience....took Mercedes in trade and worked closely and professionally until we agreed on the purchase....car buying the way it should be; a true 2 way partnership!!
