I am very disappointed that the oil change was not
I am very disappointed that the oil change was not completed after the oil pan was replaced. Not very confident in the skill of the technician or the management to allow a vehicle to leave the shop that way. This is the last straw after many issues, and I will not do business with this dealer again. It's all about customer service, and they need to revisit their procedures. I could write a book, but let's just end with the first time I brought my truck in for service when it was new, and they smashed up the front end. Nice start!
