Don’t buy from Andy Ochoa at Earnheart Chandler AZ. Terrible customer service. Your company lost a part. (Wheel locker) Then; Didn’t complete a service. (Rotate tires) Didn’t tell me about it (didn’t let me know it wasn’t completed) Charged me for it. Then wouldn’t make it right when i called. (Told me I have to buy another locker, and accused me of losing it and lying about it) When I told the sale manager Andy Ochoa, hey I bought a 100k vehicle from you. It’s only been serviced by you. You lost the wheel lock and your company charged me for a service you didn’t complete. It’s the principle and hassle you have caused you need to make this right. His response. Keep saying you purchased a $100,000 car and you can’t pay 40 bucks for a part. You’ll should be embarrassed. I guess a $40 part and avoiding accountability is more important to customer retention. First and last Escalade I’ll buy there.
