All together very frustrating experience with their service department. My husband already did some diagnostic work before taking it in only for them to tell us the issue was what my husband ruled out, low and behold after parts came that wasn’t the issue, but charged us for parts and labor anyway. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache and $$$.

After having an oil and filter change, we noticed a swishing sound. My husband pulled the air cleaner and discovered that some 'tabs' were not place properly. He fixed the problem and the swishing sound diminished. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if it wasn't there.

Holz Cadillac Service - The Best!
We have used this Cadillac dealership to service our Cadillacs for years. This time, we dropped the vehicle off to be serviced the next day . . . however, later that afternoon the phone rang and our car was ready to be picked up - a day early! What impresses me about this dealership is . . . the friendliness of their staff, the cleanliness of their facilities the quality of their repairs - all just top notch!
