Getting some service done @ Kunes.
Getting some service done @ Kunes. Initially worked with Terry on getting me a quote for the work and lets just say he doesn't know what the xxxx he's talking about. I tried schooling him on the knowledge and gave him the benefit of the doubt cause he was a cocky young cat, but I quickly realized he has no customer service etiquette or desire to work with clients to gain not only trust, but confidence in the co/GMC brand he represents; Kunes. He also mislead on the extremely high quoted price so either crunch him for a better quote or move along; he doesn't care about co image. After the debacle, I went to collect my truck and was going to take it elsewhere for service but I ran into the GM who I knew from HS and the Footbal team (Go Panthers) so lets just say he convinced me to get the work done there. Mainly by cutting the quote in half, which was significant enough to change my mind. Overall, I do recommend Kunes, but do not recommend Terrell in the Service Dept. Talk to Jacob..he'll take care of you better.

Salesman was great.
Salesman was great. Service department was a disappointment. There’s a problem with the driver’s side windshield wiper and they couldn’t be bothered to take care of it. I live 3 hours from the dealership, so it would have been a big deal to me to take care of it right then. I was denied a drive away temporary license plate, even though I was charged for one. They put on my license plate from the vehicle I traded in. When I went to my local license bureau to have the vin number verified because of an out of state purchase, I was informed that it was illegal for me to drive this new vehicle with my old plate. I am not allowed to use that plate until title work is completed and registration is done. So, my brand new Terrain is sitting in a garage until paperwork is finally taken care of. Dealership seems to be taking their time to send this in.
