Assistant Manager (He had a biblical name)
The representatives that answered the phone and provided the wrong information caused me to have a hard time to get my vehicle fixed. I was lucky to get Isiah the assistant manager. He gave me reassurance that my car was in the write hands. He even provided information for future repairs. I was never given that a dove when I had repairs on my car last year. You guys have to do better with informing customers of all options. It?s not right and you never know what financial bind someone is in. Options matter my vehicle is important I paid for it cause I need it. But to know I have options of a repayment and wasn?t informed is wrong. But I had a good experience with him. Thank you again. Stay blessed and keep smiling so God can use you at anytime and anywhere.

Wind deflector
I had a part put on my car. The person in the service department l was not very nice. He ask me where I bought my car from. I told he not from here . He said why didn?t I take to where I bought the car. I went to a manager and he took care of the problem. Not very happy service department.
