EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was in communication with Dan from start to finish..l had the $10,000 but they refused to take my money starting they can only do $3000.00 on a card. Its not easy especially when you live far away to get money together, and tirn into a cashier check. Right before I came in l spoken with Dan and this manager come out rude and said he sold the vehicle pending finance. The whole experience sucks

Very good experience
Went to the dealer this past week to look at used car. I would say it was the best experience at dealership that I have ever had. The person that assisted us(Bill )was very professional, respectfull and did not presure us at any moment to buy the car.

Had my car serviced
Had no appointment dealt with DINO what a super star and great asset to Volkswagen having such a great advisor!Dino washed my car by hand because the car wash wasn’t up and running yet! I will be back again on my next service, thank you Dino!
