Fake postings just to get you to call them. They keep their cars online after they sell them just to get your info. Not the best practice. Be aware.

This was for an oil change.
This was for an oil change. They were on time to start and there was very little wait time for them to complete. I had purchased the vehicle at this dealership and have been returning for servicing.

I am happy with the service overall.
I am happy with the service overall. However the service took longer then it should have. I had back to back appointments that morning so I called they day before to make sure my oil change and tire rotation wouldn't take longer then expected. The gentleman I spoke with assured me it would be no longer then an hour. When I checked the vehicle in I asked again and was told they would have me out in 45minutes. I had to go ask what was going on with my vehicle after an hour and 15minutes. The gentleman at the service desk had an excuse that someone had come in late so it pushed me back. As a result I ran late for my next appointment. This was annoying and made for a stressful morning. It would help in the future if they would be honest with the customer about time frame.
