Booked oil change.
Booked oil change. Took 1 hr 20 minutes. Appeared like they over booked. No one kept me informed during process.

Took my truck 24 2500 HD in for oil change lube and tire
Took my truck 24 2500 HD in for oil change lube and tire rotation. I asked the service advisor if it includes greasing the front steering and suspension parts, i was told yes they will lube everything. I get home and look under the truck and not one to the zerks were greased ,they were still covered with road grim film and no sign of grease anywhere. Call and they said run it back and we will lube it..it would be over 2 hrs of wasted time for me. Send a email asking if they would do a parcel refund or offer a oil change on them next time. No answer back. This is the 3rd time there has been a issue with there work.
