They never responded to my inquiries! Not a call email. Didn’t tell me if the vehicle was even still available or try to sell me another one! So on to the next dealer!

My personal experience was not at all a good experience with financing , nor with finance manager that continued to run his mouth outside of the room over a question of a charge I had on paperwork . Further more - the sales price was online for 78k and they charged me full price . We purchased tires and wheels in the deal as I was to return to have installed 2 weeks later . I was scheduled to wait for rig to be done and not only did I have to call at 4:45 and say I’m coming to get it , I found that they took wheels 🛞 off of showroom floor along with two tires , they never ordered them . When I dropped it off I had concerns if I r neing in a wreck . I was told it wasn’t . I had paint runs , two large circles on w/s showing a new one was installed , many things on interior were not correct . Carpet comes up when vacuuming , seata never cooled or heated properly , drivability is not safe and I’ve had alignment after alignment .. vehicle has broken down several times and dealership has had my vehicle more than once for no less than two weeks ; last service they had 42 days and did nothing . Drive it home next day woukdnt start .. to then find that they also changed the MLG On work orders to say that they test drive etc . Theu don’t realize my car texts me , calls me and emails me when it is moved and I’m not near it . Theu basically did auto start, let it run to say NPF . I now have had to take my vehicle into another dealer , per GM to have inspected . They did in fact find I have a bent frame along with parts not installed for the seats , all my concerns were validated by another dealer . Do not trust these people . they sold me a wrecked car with bent frame as a brand new vehicle for 84k when in fact it was advertised for 78k . These people are not respectful and will take advantage. Theu have run my warranty out with time and NPF and won’t assist in any repairs for me now . Not a good character to have in business . CLEALRY someone took it for a weekend and wrecked it . I then had to also pay for the paint runs to be repaired .
