Have never been treated in such a demeaning manner and or in such a unprofessional manner as Eric Obaugh did to me and my family as a customer of Charlie Obaugh Auto Group. Most importantly he was involved in unfair, deceptive, and fraudulent acts while my vehicle was there in service department. He is a disgrace to the profession and to the customers that walks through their doors. His language and choice of words is not family oriented and or that you want your grandmother to hear. He is a sad example of what a person of his position should be as a business owner and in the way he conducts himself as a person and in the manner he treats his customers. He has no ethics or morals or standards.

Have never been to a Service Department where I have been treated with such disrespect and with such unprofessionalism as with the Service Department at Charlie Obaugh and by Cliff Clements and by Donnie Eckart. They exhibit and display behavior of deceptive business practice as I never witnessed before at any dealership. When I spoke and confronted Mr. Eric Obaugh regarding this matter he was worse than they were. He was very disrespectful, very hateful, very threatening, and a man that words from his mouth would be shameful for families with children. He is certainly a disgrace to the profession and very sad to say, but true. As a business owner, he was never taught the meaning of the Golden Rule. Treat others as you want to be treated whether it's a family member, consumer/ customer that comes to Charlie Obaugh Auto Group. He is certainly not a man of example in his position and he certainly does not know how to treat consumers/ customers with respect, with class, and with professionalism when they walked through those doors of Charlie Obaugh Auto Group Service Department and with communication with consumers/ customers.

Had my 2016 GMC 3500HD serviced there. When I arrived the service department seemed inconvenienced when I arrived. Boarder line rude when I asked if they could look at a couple of things. I asked if I could have my truck balanced and aligned and they replied with you need to take it to a truck store. I thought i did being the dealership has a big GMC truck sign on the road. Got my truck back only to find they did not fill the DEF fluid! Got the service light about 15 miles into my drive. Pulled over added DEF and now the light wont go off. Called the dealer and asked for help only to find service closes at noon on Saturdays with no person to assist me. When I spoke to the manager he was extremely rude. When I stated i would review my service he got even more rude and started saying I was threatening him which I was not! Recourse is not a threat. His reaction to a customer receiving poor quality work was very poor and not in line with good customer service. I was told my fluids were topped off but I guess DEF was not included. Even if they charged extra for DEF I would have paid. Last, they didn’t even vacuum my car and the service was over $250.
I will say the gentleman providing the shuttle was great as well as the guy that took my money,but then again he was taking my money.
