The service agent (Jeremy) had absolutely no personality.
The service agent (Jeremy) had absolutely no personality. In person he just looked at me like an inconvenience. When he called me to let me know that they couldn't find a problem with my car and it was available to pick up he had no idea what the mechanics did or tried to do. He didn't even offer to find out and I never received a call from anyone to e plain or ask questions. After having the car for 2 days I had to pay $110.00 for them to not find the problem or even give me any advice. Then I had to go in the lot to find the car, which took a little bit. They use to drive it up to you. I have used this dealership Many times for service and never had any problems even if they had trouble finding the problem.
