Failed to have oil, I provided oil , they failed to reset the maintenance reminder. They did a 27 point inspection, advised everything was great, yet failed to notice the DEF fluid was almost empty, despite the reminder being on both before and after service.

Very deceptive representation of “Out the Door” price of vehicle. The “Out the Door” price was emailed to us the previous day. We arranged financing based on that price. After over two hours in the dealership signing numerous documents, paying the agreed upon “cash” amount and confirming our trade in value. We contacted our credit bureau to approve cutting the check for the balance of the documented “Out the Door “ price for the vehicle only to be told that the real Out the Door” price was several thousand dollars more than was quoted in the email. All parties concerned were aware of the amount our cash down, the trade in value and the amount we agreed to finance to meet the “Out the Door” price we had be quoted. We assume that we were supposed to be humiliated, at the last minute, into paying outright or financing the additional few thousand dollars. We strongly believe that we were deliberately deceived. We terminated the deal immediately. Beware.
