Dont buy a used car
Wife and I bought a used Ford Escape. Drove 6,000 miles. Now we are paying $6000 for a transmission repair because evidently in that 6000 miles in 3 months it was our driving that messed it up and it was perfect when we purchased. Nice people but should do the right thing when it comes to teachers and members of the community. I would not buy here again as you would think that you would not have major issues in 3 months. It is not about an extended warranty which adds a good chunk onto a vehicle, but a company realizing that there is a right thing to do when something happens with so few miles. You expect a dealership that would sell you a vehicle that is not going to cost you 6k before 4 months of driving back and forth to school.
